To apply for the 3 Marla Plot Scheme, you must:
- Be a permanent resident of Punjab (CNIC proof)
- Apply only in your home district
- Not own any property in Pakistan (self, spouse, or children)
- Be registered in NSER with a PMT score of 60 or less
- Have a monthly income under Rs50,000
- Be at least 18 years old (married individuals preferred)
- No criminal record or loan default history
- Be the head of a nuclear family (verified by NADRA)
